PMPRB bias against patients exposed / breach of duty of neutrality

PMPRB has effectively engaged in advocacy against all who have expressed genuine concerns about the drug pricing reforms – something no quasi-judicial agency should ever do. For those who missed CORD’s June 10th Webinar focused on the PMPRB, we invite you to have a listen [https://youtu.be/FSnx0fFkF90]. I promise it is worth your time.

Here are additional actions that CORD has taken.

  •  A news release posted on CORD’s website
  •  A letter submitted to the Prime Minister and Health Minister
  • Commissioning Donald J. Savoie to research and write a memorandum the Duty of Neutrality in the context of the PMPRB’s advocacy plan
  • Sending emails to key government officials informing them of this new revelation and requesting a delay to the implementation of the reforms

We will continue to keep you apprised of further developments on this important matter.
