Join us at CORD’s Next Generation Rare Canada 2026 conference for a keynote from Josie Godfrey, Co-Lead Investigator & Policy for the 2026 RareCare Evaluation of England’s Rare Diseases Action Plans.
The RareCare evaluation found that progress in policy and infrastructure does not always translate into better services or experiences for people living with rare diseases. Gaps remain in areas such as diagnosis, care coordination, equity and access.
What can Canada learn from England’s experience? As Canada moves toward more streamlined approaches to regulation, assessment and access, we’ll look at what this could mean for faster, more connected rare disease pathways and the next phase of Canada’s Rare Disease Drug Strategy.
An in-person networking reception will be held on Day 1 and is included with in-person registration.
Virtual participation is also available for those unable to attend in Halifax.
