RegisterCORD Annual Fall Conferncewill bring together patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, governments, industry and community leaders to shape the next phase of rare disease care in Canada.
Building on CORD’s Rare Disease Readiness Assessment, the Rare Disease Drug Strategy, advances in diagnosis and precision medicine, and the lived experiences of patients and families, participants will identify practical priorities for improving diagnosis, treatment, coordinated care, data and community support.
Through patient stories, interactive sessions and collaborative working sessions, participants will help develop a Next Generation Rare Canada Action Portfolio to guide the future of rare disease care.
